Humaun Ahmed's another himu series book is Angul kata jaglu. It is a interesting book of himu character. Himu is a most popular fictional character written by Humayun Ahmed. Himu is an unemployed young man whose behavior as monk. The real name of himu is 'Himalay', according to the himu series novel. His father kept the name. Himu's father wanted to create a great man. He was the only student in the school was making a great himu. Please read this book to know more about himu character.

Humayun Ahmed is a most familiar author in Bangladesh. Every young literature lover of Bengali like his novel of Himu and Misir ali series. He is not only famous for his novel , but also he is a great film-maker. 'Prothom Prothor' was the first drama of Humayun Ahmed. Nawazesh Ali Khan was the director of this drama. 'Ei Sob Din-Ratri' is the first drama serial was published in 1985. Then a lot of film like 'Shonkhonil Karagar', 'Srabon Megher Din', 'Dui Duari', 'Chandrokotha', 'Aguner Poroshmoni', etc were published . Some of this movies were got National Film Award of Bangladesh .'Ghetu Putro Komola' was the last film of Humaun Ahmed.
